In your support email, include Koyvio, your phone model, app version and a description of the issue. Do not send private photos, passwords or purchase verification tokens.

Subscription: Use the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Try Settings → Restore Purchases. Cancellation and payment management are available in the store’s subscription settings.

Reminders: Check Koyvio’s notification permission in device settings. Battery saver and focus modes may affect delivery. Reminders use approximate timing.

Location: Optionally add where you are now in the editor. This is not the original capture location of an older photo. Accuracy may be limited indoors or with approximate permission; add a photo note for the floor or parking bay. Opening Maps sends the coordinates to the maps provider.

Records: Photos and notes are encrypted on your device. There is no app account or cloud sync. We cannot recover deleted records from a server. You can erase all local records in Settings.
