Records on your device
Photos, notes, edits, optional locations and record dates are encrypted in the app’s device storage. The encryption key is held in operating-system secure storage. We do not upload this content to our servers or send it to an AI service. Cloud sync is not provided. The app contains no advertising or tracking SDK.
Permissions and reminders
Camera permission is used to take photos. The system photo picker accesses the image you select. Notification permission is used for local reminders at the time you choose. Notification text does not include item names or notes. Location permission is used only when you tap “Add current location” in the editor. The coordinates, measurement time and estimated accuracy at that moment are attached to the local record; no background location tracking is performed. We do not extract an old capture location or EXIF location from your photo. We do not send your location to our servers or subscription verifier. Choosing “Open in Maps” sends the saved coordinates to a maps app or maps provider, whose privacy terms apply. You can remove the location from a record. We do not record your microphone. You can change permissions in device settings.
Subscriptions and connection data
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment; we do not receive your card number. When subscriptions are available, store purchase evidence, product and transaction identifiers are sent over HTTPS to the verification service and the relevant store to verify entitlement. Photos, notes and locations are not included. Periodic verification requires internet access. Server and network providers may process connection information for security and operations. Stores apply their own privacy policies and may process data in other countries.
Support and retention
Messages to Koyvio support addresses are handled by Oznex Studios support; replies may come from destek@oznex.com.tr. If you email us, your email address and the information you send are processed to answer your request. Do not send sensitive photos, passwords or card details. Support records are retained for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations. Purchase evidence may be held in device secure storage separately from your photo records. The verification server is not a photo archive. For abuse limits, a one-way SHA-256 digest of purchase evidence and short-lived counters are retained; raw evidence and locations are not stored in these counters. Counters expire after 24 hours and are pruned on a subsequent request; this is not a promise of secure erasure from storage media. Standard web server access logs may contain connection IP, time and request path; the Koyvio verification request body is excluded from audit logs.
Deletion and sharing
You can delete individual records or erase all local records in Settings. Local deletion does not cancel a store subscription. Images you choose to share are passed to the receiving app; Koyvio cannot delete copies in other apps. We cannot guarantee recovery after app or device loss. Operating-system backups and previously exported copies must be managed separately.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, obtain information about, correct or delete personal data we process, object to processing, and complain to the appropriate data-protection authority. Contact support@koyvio.com to exercise these rights, including rights under Türkiye’s personal data protection law. We may request proportionate identity verification. We cannot remotely access photos kept solely on your device. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
