Koyvio Terms of Use

Koyvio is a photo-based memory aid. You control the accuracy and content of your records. It does not locate objects in real time; it shows information you saved. Reminder delivery depends on device permissions, battery settings and the operating system. It is not a guaranteed alarm or safety system.

Free use and subscriptions
You can keep five active records free of charge. Editing a record does not use another slot. An active, verified subscription removes the limit on new records. Existing records remain viewable after a subscription ends. The current price, currency, period and renewal terms are displayed by the store before purchase. The store confirmation screen governs payment. Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected period until cancelled.
Management and restoration
Manage or cancel your subscription in the subscription settings of the store where you purchased it. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases with the same store account. Transfer of purchases between iOS and Android stores is not promised. Refund requests follow the relevant store’s process and applicable consumer rights. Entitlement verification requires internet access; the new-record limit may apply while entitlement cannot be verified.
Content and device
Respect other people’s rights and only store content you are entitled to keep. Keep your device secure and protect copies you need. We cannot restore deleted local records or records whose encryption key has been lost from a server. Restrictions on reverse engineering or use do not override rights granted by applicable law.
